As a social studies teacher in training, I found your slides from the keynote address to be extraordinarily inspiring. I consider myself a 21st-century learner as well as a future teacher, and so am constantly trying to think of ways I might incorporate my favorite technologies into my classroom in the fall. I strongly agree that we must make students producers and not just consumers of content. Just looking through your slides, I was struck by the diversity of options I can consider - and without great personal expense, at that.
Great blog, I am looking forward to hearing and reading more of your suggestions. Thanks!
