  1. Great presentation! I saw you present these ideas for Guerrilla Season about 2-3 years ago at a conference, but the additional book club and supplemental tech resources seem to increase the learning exponentially. Nice ideas.

  2. Wow. I adore reading and have thought about joining or making a book club but I never thought about any details. This makes a book club sound so much more organized but fun than what I really thought. Since I plan on being an English teacher, this sounds like it would be very helpful for me.
My name is Kathleen. I was assigned to check out your blogs for the next few weeks for my EDM 310 class. On or before March 21 I will post a comment about my visits to your blogs at http://cosgrovekathleenedm310.blogspot.com/. My courses blog is at http://edm310.blogspot.com/

  3. I am not the biggest reader but I do occasionally find something I am interested in. I remember being in middle-school and having Silent Sustained reading. Then I wanted to go play outside, but now I would love to have 20 minutes to read to myself. My blog spot is http://lewisbrittanyedm310.blogspot.com. And my course blogspot is http://edm310.blogspot.com.

  4. Like Kathleen, I am studying to become an English teacher. So a book club is right up my alley! I hope to use some of your ideas in order to create a book club at the school I teach at someday. Maybe I'll inspire some of my students to start their own book clubs over the summer.
I am a student in Dr. Strange's EDM 310 class. I had to read your blog and blog about it. You can find my blog at: http://warnbergcaitlynedm310.blogspot.com/

  5. I have never been part of a book club. I think a book club would be a great way to get students more involved. I'm not a big reader but would benefit being in a book club. My blog is http//:fieldscollinedm310.blogspot.com. My course blogspot is http://edm310.blogspot.com.
